Most frequent questions and answers
It depends on the amount of equipment and if you drop it off or ship it in. If you drop off a couple of pieces, we can have it done the same day. If you drop off more than 15 pieces, it might take a day or two at most.
Absolutely, we recommend shipping UPS or FedEx. If you ship it USPS, please require a signature, or you risk the chance of USPS putting it in the wrong box, which will result in lost equipment or massive delays. Generally, we will have your equipment shipped back to you within 24–48 hours. If it more than 50 pieces, it could take us up to 72–96 hours.
We will need a piece of paper to contact you. Do not rely on the shipping label to provide contact information. In transit, the numbers can rub off or the shipping company can put a sticker over it, which will cause a massive delay until you contact us.
We have a RMA Form, please see the download below. While this isn’t required, it significantly reduces our time which will increase our productivity, so we can get your equipment back quicker. The RMA form will also have your contact information.
